A good Spode "Mollusc Shell" pearlware Dessert Service, c.1820, pattern no 1613, decorated in lavish scrolling lotus in green and gilt, comprising nautilus comport, and two similar sauce tureens and stands, mussel dish, two clam dishes, two oyster dishes, two scallop dishes and eighteen plates (some with rivetted repairs, chips and cracks)

A pair of Copeland Spode Empire style vases, circa 1900, decorated in the Imari palette with gilt heightened flowers between pink and gilt and scale neck and foot, factory printed and inscribed marks, pattern No. 3790. Height 25.5 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: One vase has had the handle completely broken away in three places. This has been re-glued and the repair is visible. The same vase has a hairline crack running from the top lip down into the neck of the vase. On the opposing side there is a shorter hairline crack running across the top lip down into the vase for +/- 6 mm. The second vase also has four hairline cracks running from the top lip down into the vase. There is also some discolouration. The handles on the second vase are intact. There are some minor losses to the gilding and scale pattern on the neck of this vase. Both vases have some rubbing to the gilding.
