An early 19th Century Meir blue and white transfer decorated meat drainer, English scenery design with two figures fishing in the foreground, further figures and cattle in the background, within a wild rose decorated border, bears impressed mark, 27.5 cm x 38.5 cm, together with a Spode blue and white transfer decorated chinoiserie decorated bowl, bears impressed mark, 24 cm diameter CONDITION REPORTS Numerous light surface scratches. Crazing on the meat drainer. Crazing throughout. Some wear and a couple of small chips to the glaze on the edge of the meat drainer. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use.
