Three folio volumes containing a manuscript account of this journey. The volumes are qtr. bound with red spines, marbled boards and black leather labels on the upper boards indicating their contents in gilt lettering with decorated borders. There are also extensive descriptions of significant buildings, statues, works of art and topographical features together with a few illustrations and printed and hand drawn maps.
