Condition update - Please enquire - 1962 Fender Jazzmaster electric guitar, made in USA, ser. no. 4xxx5, neck date stamp October '62, cream refinish with lacquer checking in places, nicely played in wear to the back of the neck, wear to frets, cigarette burn to the pickguard in the bass horn area, replaced volume and tone knobs, missing bridge mute and chrome cover, later Fender hard case, condition: good for age *Sold with CITES article 10 certificate no. 549472/04. This lot is subject to CITES regulations if exporting outside of the EU *Provenance: the vendor purchased this guitar from Andy's Guitar Workshop in February 2007. The body had been stripped down and finished in a mid-brown wood stain. The guitar was then taken to Gordon Wells of Knight Guitars to be refinished
1963 Fender Precision Bass guitar, made in USA, ser. no. L1xxx2, neck date stamped October '63, blue refinish, nicely played in wear to the back of the neck, wear to frets, electrics in working order, later Fender hard case, condition: good *Sold with CITES article 10 certificate no. 549472/06. This lot is subject to CITES regulations if exporting outside of the EU *Provenance: the vendor purchased this bass through Bristol Musical from Electric Ladyland, Bristol on the 14th October 1985. When acquired, the bass had been poorly refinished in white paint. The bass was given to Dick Knight to refinish in blue in October 1985

The owner had the three-way switch removed, fitting a five-way. Malcolm Miles Guitar Repairs of Motspur Park replaced the five-way with a correct three-way switch
