A U.S. Navy bakelite cased eight-day bulkhead timepiece by Chelsea Clock Co Boston mid 20th century the 5.5. inch cream on black Arabic numeral dial annotated for both 12. and 24. hours with fast/slow regulation slot centre seconds and inscribed U.S. Navy Ser. No. 331. 99E to centre in mottled black finished cylindrical glazed-front case with wall mounting flange to rear.

COMMEMORATIVE MEDALS, Great Britain / England, The King’s Road, Chelsea, oval Pass or Ticket, 1737, copper, crowned GR monogram, stamped 1247 below, rev THE KING’S PRIVATE ROADS, date below divided by TR monogram, 36mm x 32mm (D&W 320, 6; MG 731). Pierced, about very fine. from the G H Gaviller Collection. Holders would have attached these tickets to the key that would be used to gain access to the King’s Road, then indeed a private road.
