LATE 18TH CENTURY MAHOGANY SERPENTINE FRONTED SIDEBOARD of small proportions, having a rosewood, crossbanded and satinwood strung top over centre drawer and arch, flanked by two deep drawers, all with lion mask ring handles and similar crossbanded decoration, standing on square tapering legs with spade feet inlaid with pendant bell flowers. 87 x 122 x 61cm. CONDITION REPORT: A little faded, some minor losses to stringing, stains and wear commensurate with age, horizontal split to both sides.
EARLY 19TH CENTURY MAHOGANY BOW FRONTED SIDEBOARD of small proportions, having a cross banded top over two deep drawers, one a cellarette, flanking centre drawer over arch, overall with cross banded and inlaid decoration on square tapering legs with spade feet. 89 x 100 x 53cm. CONDITION REPORT: Good clean condition commensurate with age, minor wear and tear but no serious noted damage or losses.
18TH CENTURY WELSH OAK AND ELM COFFER having moulded edge top with bar hinges over elm pointed arch ogee panels to the front on a projecting base with three moulded frieze drawers on stile feet. 100 x 148 x 56cm. CONDITION REPORT: The top is split into its two planks with damage to the bar hinges. Very dry, scuffed and worn overall. Part of one side moulding is missing.
18TH CENTURY WELSH OAK COFFER having loose moulded edge three plank top with bar hinges, above four ogee pointed arch panels with raised and fielded panels below on style feet. Probably Cardiganshire. 81 x 144 x 60cm. CONDITION REPORT: The top is set off centre but appears original. Rather dry and faded in places with general wear and tear commensurate with age.
EARLY 19TH CENTURY WELSH OAK, 30 HOUR, LONG CASE CLOCK, marked: Edmund Parry, Llanidlo, the case with broken swan neck pediment above arched aperture flanked by baluster turned pillars, the waist with cross banded and strung inlaid door flanked by turned pilasters on a cross banded and strung inlaid panel base with baluster feet. Arch painted face with date aperture. 30 hour movement strikes on one bell. The face 44.5 x 31cm overall, 223.5cm high approx. CONDITION REPORT: Overall good condition, some minor scuffs, marks and wear to the case commensurate with age and minor wear to the face.

Thy Days are but a Span', with Roman and Arabic chapter ring and subsidiary minutes and calendar dials, the centre engraved with a sailing boat, a sunburst, foliate scrollwork and birds, the chapter ring crested by two silvered appliques inscribed 'Time is Valuable', the hood with swan neck pediment inset with mirrored and painted glass tablets, the door flanked by detached reeded columns, the trunk with shaped top door edged with astragal beading, with reeded quadrant forecorners, the base with astragal beaded edged panel and chamferred corners, standing on brass ball feet, 93 1/4" (237cm) high (excluding brass finial), max width 24 1/2" (62.5cm) (some restoration to the case required with two weights and pendulum)

Mahogany Longcase Clock having swan pediment to the hood with cross banded frieze, over single pane arch top glazed door opening to reveal the painted face with cottage and lake scene and Roman numeral face, flanked by turned columns and with 30 hour movement. The case having short, shaped top cross-banded door flanked by quarter turned reeded columns, over small cross-banded flame panel itself over lower larger flame cross-banded panel and standing on ogee bracket feet. 21 1/4'' wide x 86'' high x 9 1/4'' deep
Attributed to Thomas Shotter Boys (1803-1894) Continental town with figures, indistinctly signed, watercolour, together with a further watercolour example by William Purser depicting fisherfolk at rest beside a lakeside, a further vignette watercolour attributable to Thomas Shotter Boys and depicting an ancient triumphal arch and two further vignette watercolours attributable to Frederick Mercer; one inscribed Castle of Angero and a further harbour scene, 20cm by 13cm, 11.5cm by 16.5cm, 7cm by 5cm and 4cm by 5cm respectively (5)

Attributed to John Warwick Smith, (British 1749-1831) "Shepherd in rural landscape" Painted depicting a shepherd and flock before a stone arch way and rural plains, unsigned, 48x59cms, oil on canvas, framed. CONDITION REPORT: Painting has undergone some restoration and appears to have been relined and cleaned. Under ultra violet light, the lower section fluoresces green only, indicating only small amounts of the original natural varnish remains. It appears the painting has been revarnished. Small area of overpaint to the sky area. Overall restoration, however appears to be sympathetic.
