A set of ten silver dessert spoons with matching sauce ladle by John Langlands II, Newcastle circa 1800, each monogrammed AHS and bearing a crest (11), 310gms Condition Report: One spoon has a crease in either side of the bowl near the stem as if once being bent, the rest of the spoons and the ladle are OK. .
An 18th Century silver fish slice by William, & Patrick Cunningham, Edinburgh 1795, the blade spearhead shaped with pierced decoration and cartouche monogrammed "L.G." and ribbed wooden handle, 29cm long, with two silver basting spoons, London 1804 and 1807 and a continental silver punch ladle with turned wooden handle, 36cm long (4) Condition Report: . I think the fish slice handle is original, the only damage is to the punch ladle bowl, it has two line dents, one 19mm. long and another about 10mm. long, it also has small areas of crumpling either side of the first dent mentioned. The fish slice and basting spoons are in good condition. .
FIVE GEORGE III SILVER FIDDLE PATTERN SALT SPOONS AND A LADLE each engraved with a family crest of a globe surmounted by a Latin cross, mark of William Eley & William Fern, London 1815 (3) & 1823 (2); and a similarly crested small ladle, mark of William Chawner II, London 1818; the spoons and ladle weigh 89g (almost 3 oz)
