Fine quality pair of George III silver sauce tureens of navette form, with engraved armorial crests and shields, twin handles and separate covers with acorn finials, on oval pedestal bases (London 1800) Timothy Renou. Together with one Georgian sauce ladle with engraved crest(London 1792) Solomon Hougham and another (Sheffield 1910) Mappin & Webb. All at approximately 48ozsCondition report: General overall condition good, both tureens have some surface scratching and minor denting and look to have had some repair to the pedestals just below where they join bodies. One tureen does not sit square. Both covers are good and marked to correspond to appropriate bases. Internal rims on both are slightly distorted and do not fit snugly. One has been reshaped at end near spoon cut out and may have been re-soldered at the other end.Spoons are good, some surface scratching and pitting
