Corgi Toys - A boxed Corgi Toys #336 'James Bonds Toyota 2000GT' from 'You Only Live Twice'. The model in white with red aerial, two plastic figures and rocket launchers in boot, appears to be in Near Mint condition with a couple of minute marks on both doors around handles, and along the edges of the boot and rear wings. The model sits in a pictorial inner stand which appears to be in Excellent Plus condition with a very small tear to left hand side flap where it joins top of base, together with some very slight scuffing. The inner stand contains an opened 'Secret Instructions' packet which appears Poor - Fair and contains a Very Good instruction sheet together with five loose yellow missiles along with the original sprue on which they were attached. Dinky Toys - An extremely unusual Dinky Toys diecast variant of model #244 Plymouth Gran Fury Police Car, depicted in the colour scheme of Ford Gran Torino from the hit TV show 'Starsky & Hutch'. The model in red, with red interior, red plastic base, silver trim, grey aerial and Speedwheels, features two large 'painted' white stripe running along either side of the car, with evidence of etched guidelines to facilitate paint. The stripes do not cover the roof. There is a hole in the rear driver's side window where a siren should be fitted (as in the #244 normal Police version). The model has some marks and nicks which one would expect from play and handling, with a few marks and scuffs, a mark to windscreen and a bent aerial. A very interesting model - trial / pre-production? Provenance - the model comes from a collection whose Vendor's family had connections to the Dinky Toys factory on Binns Road.
