Gerry Anderson Puppet head - Revamp puppet head made for Captain Scarlet / Joe 90 / Secret Service - A male character head, with brown hair, moving mouth. Approx. 20 cm. Provenance: This was Lot 40 in the famous Phillips September 1995 Toys and Dolls Auction. Original invoice and catalogue included. Info - 'Revamped' heads were used as extras in the series and were often revamped into other characters throughout the different series. Condition Report: The condition is generally good. There are surface marks and dings. Overall feels sound and no major structural damage. Information below from a collector;"Screen used in over 10 episodes comprising Captain Scarlet, Joe 90, and the Secret Service.Whats interesting is its head number one, so in theory, probably the first Captain Scarlet era head to be sculpted,(apart from Captains & Angels).In the back of the head, there should be a number and it most definitely would be number one."The head does have a "No.1" hand written in red pen on tape to the inside of the head.
