A collection of vintage children's toys to include a Technofix Mountain Express tinplate locomotive (boxed), a French tinplate toy tank "BREV.F.G.D.G.", a painted wooden tractor and trailers, wooden pull-along toys, alphabet bricks, miniature smoothing iron, various doll's house furniture, miniature picnic ware, marbles, "Connector" building set and as wood farm yard, etc CONDITION REPORTS All in used and playworn condition, and most with various damage and losses. Contents of Technofix mountain express have some light wear and tarnish and knocks, but overall appear in reasonable condition, although it is not known whether or not set is complete, the box is in very poor condition. Tank with some wear and denting and some rust/tarnish, but overall appears reasonable.

Edward Greaves, a polished steel shelf edge postal bismar, c.1890, the poise end stamped 'Edward Greaves', with four fixed pointed end fulcrums, with a blued steel tweezer action letter clip, measuring ¼ - 2oz, within a black faux leather cap end box, 9.5cm Edward Greaves, 56 South St & 76 Milton St, Sheffield, brass founder & steel refiner (working 1849-1876). Made many small steel toys. Exhibited musical instruments at the Great Exhibition 1851.

John Sheldon, a rare leather cased patent escritoir, the tooled leather case with gilt lettering and with a further outer tooled claret leather case, the interior lid printed 'John Sheldon's Escritoir Almanack (sic) for 1851', the fitted interior with a hinged 'T' section, marked for 'postage stamps, inkstand, wax lights, gum or other wafers', with original silver plated combination seal/ coin and letter scale, inscribed 'John Sheldon', with folding inkstand, wax light containers and taper stick and an open section for assorted pens, waxes and nibs, 14.5 x 10.5cm John Sheldon, inventor & maker of pencils, pens & steel toys (working 1833-1858, died 1864). Held Design Registrations for pens that incorporated postal spring balances, Nos.66, 1127, 1184 and 1207 of 1842, No.716 of 1843 and No.3507 of 1853. Exhibitor at Great Exhibition 1851. Made scales for the USA.

Together with a Brooklin 1951 Ford 4-door sedan ‘Lincoln Police’, Corgi Bedford TK Tanker ‘Cadbury’, Solido Simca Chambord, Starline Cisitalia 202, and a well repainted Dinky Toys Austin Devon, plus a few other items. Plus an Anti-Aircraft Gun with opening breech and sprung firing and angle adjustment, mounted on a swivel base, with shells and paperwork. Both in gloss olive green. Boxed, some wear.
