A period scrap book dated March 1876 on the verso and adorned with embossed Santa Claus figures in four phases from making toys to coming down the chimney, to placing gifts in a stocking, and finally relaxing with his pipe after the tour. Santa is surrounded by gilded holly leaves with berries. Nine blank leaves fill out the inside with every other one having a large colorful paper die cut rose tipped in. The spine has an elaborately detailed depiction of flowers in a vase and geometric symbols, more flowers, and a what looks at the top a curtain. The back cover has an impressed design of a bundle of ribbon and three tassels all bound together. Inside the front cover is the provenance of the original owner written in as MC, Hinneville, Oregon and below printed as such. Presented to C.E. Hadson by his mother, in three lines, Dec 25, 1883. Approximate Dimensions:h. 11.75, w. 9.25"Condition:There is some light wear to the spine, crown, and foot as well as on the front cover, particularly at the corners. (Knight Industries Two Thousand) Model Car and replica licence plate from the cult 1980s TV series Knight Rider. K.I.T.T was a heavily modified Pontiac Firebird Trans Am and displayed its signature "KNIGHT" license plate throughout the series. The die-cast 1/24 scale model replica by Jada Toys has been clearly signed in silver-coloured ink by David Hasselhoff (Michael Knight) on the bonnet and the voice of KITT, William Daniels, on the windshield. The replica blue licence plate has also been autographed in black ink by both cast members. "It's Back" screamed the tagline on this boldly tri-coloured US One-Sheet for the 1979 re-release of Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope. Tom Jung's classic Luke and Leia pose has been retained from the original 1977 poster as the blue, red and silver borderless poster (unusually noteworthy for any Star Wars poster). It promotes the film, a new line of Kenner toys, and the in-production sequel, The Empire Strikes Back. Perhaps not the most artistic, but it certainly has a striking, colourful design that makes it memorable.27" x 41" (69 x 104 cm)Condition: Very Fine-Rolled with handling and edge wear.
