Restored in its National livery (and subsequently featured in Classics and Vintage Commercials magazine as well as Dinky Toys making a model) the bodywork, paint trim and wheels/tyres are all reported to be excellent and the seats, door cards and dashboard are rated as excellent. A Collection of Silver and Metalware Miniature Silver Toys, Some With Spurious Marks, Probably 20th Century, comprising; a bed-warmer with hinged pierced cover and baluster handle; a strainer with elongated handle; another, handle broken; a jug and a snuffer-stand (5)The bed-warmer: Marked inside with two Dutch tax marks, one apparently used 1806-1810 and one later. There are surface scratches and wear consistent with age and use. The strainer with elongated handle: Marked with a star mark, possibly the town mark for Maastricht and with a further indistinct mark. The handle is slightly bent. There are surface scratches. The second strainer: Marked indistinctly on back of strainer. The handle has been snapped near the junction with the strainer. There are some bruises and scratching overall. The jug: Marked underneath with spurious Amsterdam style marks. Probably 20th century. There is some overall surface scratching and wear, consistent with age and use. The snuffer-stand: Marked underneath with spurious Amsterdam style marks. Probably 20th century. The surface is somewhat bright. This may be low grade silver or silver coloured metal. There are some surface scratches, consistent with age and use.
