Police car has denting, rusting, quite a lot of scratches and possibly some overpainting, and some pieces seem to be missing to underside and mechanism seems to be missing. An SS Eagle Dan Dare Earth Mars Venus Express clockwork spaceship toy, tin plate with transfer decoration, together with a Modern Toys "Planet Explorer" (boxed) CONDITION REPORTS Planet Explorer box has some scuffs and tears, but the spaceship itself appears to be in good condition with only some minor light wear, the plastic radar is present. However the The Explorer battery box/holder has a corroded battery in it, and some rusting and a loose plate/fitment inside. The Venus express is quite scuffed and scratched, particularly to the underside, and has some rusting to the wheels. Please note that we can make no guarantees as to whether or not in working order.

A Farnell red mohair ‘soldier’ Teddy bear, 1st world war, with clear and black glass eye, pipe - cleaner ears, swivel head, pin - jointed limbs and knitted dress - 3½in. (9cm.) high; Provenance - This bear belonged to Ruby Fraser (nee Starkey) and William Fraser and was passed on, with other toys to their daughter Constance Mary Fraser. Her father, William, was a Royal Navy Lieutenant - commander during the First World War and her mother, Ruby mixed in high society and was an accomplished harp player. She apparently played at Edward V11’s coronation and Queen Victoria’s funeral. This lot is sold with a quantity of copies of family photos; much more information and images can be supplied via email.

(40.5cm.) high (very worn, muzzle damaged); a larger open - mouth Teddy Bear; a small crib toy bear two dogs; a lamb; and a Merrythought lying cat with inset eyes (one eye loose and one missing) - the first five items in this lot were the childhood toys of Mary Frost who was born in London in 1922
