The Toymaker's (Benny Hill) toy soldier from Ken Hughes' musical adventure Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Toy soldiers were one of the many toys being created in the Toymaker's shop in Vulgaria, and two of the soldiers were gifted to the Potts children.Obtained from the collection of the production's property master Patrick Weymouth, this soldier is constructed from wood and features a rosy nose and cheeks, faux-gold detailing on his uniform and a sword attached to the waist via a small pin. Brown faux fur has been applied for the hair and beard. The mouth opens when a lever on the back is pulled upwards. The lot displays paint wear, minor scuffs and slight discolouration on the fur. The new custodian of this lot will receive a letter of authenticity from a member of Weymouth's family. Dimensions: 33.5 cm x 12 cm x 9 cm (13 1/4" x 4 3/4" x 3 1/2")Estimate: £2,000 - 3,000 M

A resin figurine bookend of Hoggle from Jim Henson's fantasy film Labyrinth. All the toys in Sarah's (Jennifer Connelly) bedroom foreshadow characters she meets later on her adventure: a Goblin King (David Bowie) statuette, a Sir Didymus stuffed toy, a wooden labyrinth game, and Hoggle bookends. The right-side bookend was visible on screen, though the other half of the pair was not. This particular bookend was made to be used on the left side of the shelf, and differs slightly in pose from the right-hand version seen on screen. It is made of cast resin and depicts Hoggle as he looked when Sarah first encountered him. Given a hand-painted finish, the painting is not entirely neat, and pink paint has splashed onto Hoggle's hands. Dimensions: 4 cm x 5 cm x 9 cm (1 1/2" x 2" x 3 1/2")Estimate: £600 - 800 †Δ

A stop-motion graveyard horse head from Henry Selick's stop-motion fantasy musical The Nightmare Before Christmas. Jack Skellington (Chris Sarandon) woke up in a graveyard surrounded by destroyed toys, including rocking horses, after his sleigh was shot out of the sky by the military.This lot consists of a wooden horse head painted black with thin white lines simulating wood grain, a white wooden mane, a brown twine halter, and red plastic sequins on the neck. Beyond being intentionally weathered by production, the horse head is in good overall condition with some signs of wear including scuffs and chips in the wood. Han Solo (Harrison Ford) and other oversize toys from the promotion of J.J. Abrams' Star Wars: The Force Awakens. These prototypes were for toys that never went into production of the legendary smuggler Han Solo (Harrison Ford), Rebel pilot Temmin "Snap" Wexley (Greg Grunberg), and space pirates Sidon Ithano (Cavin Cornwall) and Quiggold (Matthew Wood). The Han and Snap toys are cast in dark grey resin and retain a rough, unfinished texture, while the Sidon and Quiggold toys are cast in light grey resin with a smooth finish. The prototypes do not move, but are constructed with joints where the limbs would pivot in the final version. Each toy stands on a wooden display board. There is little wear from use, with some minor scratches and imperfections from the casting process.
