A small collection of Dinky Toys cars, comprising a No. 107 Sunbeam Alpine Sports, two No. 138 Hillman Imp Saloons, a No. 130 Ford Consul Corsair, a No. 139 Ford Consul Cortina, all boxed (some playwear, boxes creased, scuffed or flaps missing), and a No. 153 Standard Vanguard Saloon, within a reproduction box (playwear).
A Fine Louis XVI Style Gilt Bronze Figural Mantel Clock. The `Sèvres` porcelain dial painted with a delightful scene depicting a seated lady with two cherubs encircled by a pink border of gilded numeral cartouches framed by a beaded edge. The dial suspended between gilt pillars swagged in drapes with celestial cherubs flying either side and a further cherub surmounting the top holding aloft a bugle and a cornucopia cascading toys. The base mounted with the reclining figure of a young girl above an inset plaque painted with toy soldier & hobby horse, 17½ ins (44 cms) in height.
Richard D (Dick) Lee (British, 1923-2001), Portrait of Frank Bowling, RA, a Notice for an Exhibition by Frank Bowling at William Darby, London, 1977, mixed media construction, in perspex case, 71 x 61cm (27.69 x 23.79in). Dick Lee was born in 1923 in Bulawayo in Southern Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) and moved to England to become a student at Camberwell School of Arts and Crafts in South London. In 1953- 82 he joined the staff of Camberwell School and became a teacher. During thirty years of teaching Lee also gave to that institution his "notices". These were mixed media constructions, made up of scrap materials like timber, broken china, electrical flex, discarded brushes, dismembered toys and other bits of junk. He portrayed colleagues and contemporaries, mainly painters and contemporaries like Frank Auerbach, Robert Medley, Patrick George, Tony Eyton, Frank Bowling and others. Lee is said to be one of the most sensitive and uncompromising objective painters of his generation. His work is in the permanent collections of Trinity College, Cambridge, and the Royal Academy.

A MERRYTHOUGHT MUNGO FROM MARY, MUNGO AND MIDGE with dralon plush, 12.1/2in. (32cm) long; thirteen late Merrythought dralon and synthetic toys including a Doleful Spaniel: ram; comic cows and rabbits, most with cloth labels and some with card tags (cloth labels crossed out, some staining, some seams need attention); and an unidentified Gremlin (15).
