CORGI TOYS TV AND FILM MODELS NO 266 – a unique absolutely mint boxed “CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG” Car and four figures, “The most fantasmagorical Corgi Toy in the history of everything”; this is a unique opportunity to obtain an unopened 1966-dated perfectly boxed model with original packing for two models; this version’s twin will be sold in Keys Collectors Sale on Tuesday 4th February 2014. Also included in this sale is a full-size copy of an original painting by Michael Turner of the actual car; a copy of the World Royal Premiere Programme of the “CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG” film held in December 1968; a photocopy of the film soundtrack vinyl record (1968); a copy of the reception menu of the dinner held at the Savoy Restaurant on Monday 16th December 1968 and details of the car’s artist Michael Turner. The original painting will be sold at a Keys Picture Sale early in 2014 – details on applications to Keys. The second model car, associated original documents and accessories will be sold in February 2014
