A late 19th/early 20th century oil on canvas painting of fruit. In Royal Worcester colours, depicting a pear, grapes, etc. 29cm x 39.5cm, framed and glazed Condition Report: A very Oliver Clare style Birmingham School painting but bigger and behind glass. This has kept the oil in very good order and will not need cleaning. there are no holes, tears or repairs, I have been over the picture( through the glass) and cannot see any over painting. The glass is still dirty and it looks to have been in that Boots frame for some time, unmolested. Whilst the painting could be hung now I would suggest a different, better frame or at least a clean to frame and glass The frame has had a small repair but I would give the frame a 8.5/10
