Lot 248

A Royal Worcester limited edition figure; Napoleon Bonaparte, modelled by Bernard Winskill, numbered 423/750, black printed marks to base, introduced 1969, with rosewood gilt heightened rectangular plinth and certificate of authenticity, length 38cm, (af). CONDITION REPORT The figure has been stored in a cold room and sadly there are stress cracks throughout the base of the figure, these are running through the entirety of the base but the figure itself is ok.

A Royal Worcester limited edition figure, Wellington, by Bernard Winskill, number 227/250, black printed marks to base, model introduced 1969, mounted on rosewood gilt heightened base with certificate, length approx 39cm. CONDITION REPORT In good condition.

A large Royal Worcester figure "Bali", modelled by Agnes Pinder-Davis, gilt printed marks to base number 3473, presented on a circular wooden stand, height including stand 49cm, complete with the two floral adornments to the headdress and also two spares purchased at the time of purchasing. CONDITION REPORT One of the trailing tassels behind has been broken and repaired but this is a clean break and is underneath one of the scrolling adornments so not visible, otherwise in good order.

Lot 251

A good and large pair of late 19th century Royal Worcester James Hadley figures of a Japanese gent and lady, each standing beside a vase upon jardinière, on shaped base with Greek key decoration, both with puce printed and impressed marks to base, mounted on rectangular wooden plinths, heights are each approx 40cm. CONDITION REPORT The gent has had the grips of both swords broken and crudely repaired, a few surface scratches and minor rubbing to the gilding.

A late 19th century Royal Worcester trefoil dish decorated in the willow pattern raised on scrolling supports, green printed marks and impressed marks to base, numbered 3/735, diameter 30cm, also a late 19th century Worcester gilt heightened leaf and berry decorated tazza raised on stepped scrolling supports, puce printed marks to base, diameter 24.5cm (2).

Three pieces of Royal Worcester Blanc de Chine; a figural salt depicting a young merman on oval base, a scallop moulded bowl upon a stylised fish back and a leaf moulded jug, all three with green pointed marks, heights 10cm, 11.5cm and 10.5cm respectively. CONDITION REPORT The bowl on fish's back has rubbing to the raised parts and a bit of discolouration in parts, also rubbing to the main body of the fish, the salt has a tiny pin head sized chip to the rim and general wear and the jug also has light wear to the surface.
