A George V silver mounted dressing table set, Sanders & Mackenzie, Birmingham 1928/29, painted by Jas Stinton for Royal Worcester, comprising three dressing tables jars, two clothes brushes, two hair brushes and comb, the decoration depicting pheasants, ducks and hen pheasants amongst foliage, hair brush 22.5cm long, within fitted case (at fault) Condition report - Box at fault. Two clothes brushes - Crazing and blemishes seen to one in particular. Both with blemishes visible to the naked eye. Silver mounts are discoloured/tarnished. Would benefit from a clean. Bristles show major signs of wear. Clothes brushes - One with major crack to top. Crazing and blemishes seen throughout broth. Dents seen to the handles (particularly to one with crack) One hair brush unsigned. Mounts show general wear, tarnishing and blemishes. Bristles show wear. Mirror - Crack and area of loss seen. Dent to handle. Crazing and blemishes seen. Mounts show general wear, tarnishing and blemishes. Bristles show wear. Comb - Areas of loss to the teeth. A Royal Worcester blush ivory heart shaped Tea For Two service, decorated with floral sprays and gilt edges, consisting of a heart shaped tray, teapot, cream and sugar and teacups and saucer, together with another saucer, teapot marked to underside Registered Design No. 233855.This service has clearly seen a fair bit of use. The heart shaped tray is generally discoloured, it does not ring true, in fact it is very wooden. There are two small hairline cracks at the upper end of the heart and two rim chips. The underside of the tray is badly scuffed and discoloured and has numerous scratches. The sugar basin has been broken into three pieces and glued and there is also a hairline crack. It is also somewhat discoloured. Whilst both teacups ring true, they do both have small top edge chips. The heart shaped saucer rings true and the other one also but not quite as crisply. Both saucers are a little dirty. The teapot lid does not ring true but does not appear to have any repairs. There is however a small under edge lip chip and a slight hairline crack. The teapot itself is a little discoloured and does not quite ring true. The gilding to the teapot is generally a little rubbed but we cannot see any cracks or restoration. All pieces are a little crazed when viewed under magnification.

Two Royal Worcester pot pourri vases and covers. Heights 12.5 cm and+/- 11.5 cm.The smaller vase is in good condition, there is however a very small amount of flea bites to the gilded rim on the foot. The larger vase is in very good condition, We can see no signs of any chips, cracks or restoration.
Lot 169
A Royal Worcester floral decorated tazza, signed K Blake (Kitty Blake). Height 20 cm, width 18 cm, depth 9.5 cm.The tazza rings true when tapped. We can see no evidence of any chips, damage, repairs, or restoration. The gilding is generally good. There does not appear to be any crazing. The interior is generally very dirty as is the underside of the base.

6 Royal Worcester ladies in the "Splendour at Court" series, limited editions with certificates including "Embassy Ball", "Golden Jubilee Ball", "A Royal Anniversary", "A Royal Presentation", "Celebration at Windsor" and "Jewel in the Crown"; a similar figure, "Queen of Hearts" with wooden plinths, brochure and certificate. All are in good condition with no obvious damage, repair or restoration. Bocage examined carefully but minor damage not guaranteed. Frank Roberts for Royal Worcester Porcelain cylindrical vase decorated with hand-painted fallen fruit to include peaches and cherries on a blush ground, signed Roberts, fixed to a gilded base, shape no. 6/161/4, 16cm high.CONDITION REPORT: Some staining to the interior. Minor staining to the exterior. Gilt and detail is ok. Signature is clear. Further staining to the base.
