Kathleen M. Pearson (1898-1961), Oil on canvas, Worcester farm scene with figure on a horse and chicken, Signed, 39cm x 49.5cm, Framed, (some paint loss)With a smaller oil on board landscape titled 'Galloway' verso and with various labels, (2)Provenance: Entered by the artists family. Kathleen Pearson studied at the Slade School in the early 1920's and then at the Royal Academy Schools, 1921 - 6. She also exhibited at the Royal Academy. It is believe that these images date from her time at The Slade School CONDITION REPORT: There is a patch of paint loss to the thatched roof on the left hand side and a much smaller spot to the bottom left corner. Some paint crazing, lightly grubby. The other better but lightly grubby.
