A Royal Worcester nautilus shell vase, impressed and green printed factory marks, the iridescent gilt edged nautilus shells on coral and seaweed pattern supports, the circular bases encrusted with shells and seaweed, 8½in. (21.5cm.) high.* Condition: Undamaged - but a minute amount of gilding rubbed from the base of the foot rim.

A 20TH CENTURY BONE CHINA COFFEE SERVICE PAINTED BY AND MARKED FOR F.R. BUDD (ROYAL WORCESTER ARTIST), comprising coffee pot, sugar bowl, cream jug, six cups and six saucers, gilt interiors to bowl, jug and cups, all pieces painted with fruit, mainly apples, plums and blackberries, all pieces signed, some pieces with gilt printed marks, height of coffee pot approximately 17cm (15)(condition:)No pieces are marked for Royal Worcester, all pieces are signed to the painted bodies, jug, coffee pot, sugar bowl and all saucers marked ‘F.R. Budd England’, no marks on bases of cups, no restoration spotted throughout, sugar bowl has a small chip on the underside of the foot, the cream jug has a tiny scuff to a leaf which goes through the paint to the body, the coffee pot has a scratch through a leaf which reveals the white body underneath, length of scratch is 0.5cm, the base of the coffee pot has burst bubbles and small rough dots in the gilding, the saucers have light scratching in the gilding in the centres, there does appear to be some inclusions/small patches of roughness/bubbles in the glaze, one saucer has a fault on the underside edge where the glaze hasn’t given complete coverage, one saucer has a very small scratch through the glaze, another saucer has a glaze fault on the underside, one is on the foot rim, the other is under the rim and this one also has some crazing, the coffee cups are all pretty much in the same condition, there is one small nick in the underside of the handle but the gilding is over the top of it, there are inclusions/patches of roughness in the gilding and a little in the glaze too, overall condition is good.
FIVE PIECES OF ROYAL WORCESTER BLUSH IVORY PORCELAIN, comprising a twin handled vase decorated with thistles, shape No.1482, height approximately 31.5cm, another three twin handled vases all decorated with floral sprays, shape No.1921, 1759 and H263, heights 29.5cm, 26cm and 19cm respectively and a jug, shape No.1094, decorated with flowers, height approximately 17cm (5) (condition: light wear to gilding, no sign of damage at the time of report)
A VICTORIAN ROYAL WORCESTER PART TEA SERVICE, pale turquoise ground painted with enamels in relief with birds and insects with gilt foliage, pattern No.9158, initialled TR to the undersides, comprising two bread and butter plates, twelve saucers and twelve cups, painted and printed and impressed marks, date cyphers comprise 1875, one cup 1882 and one cup 1926, some damage, particularly to cups (26)(condition)Bread and butter plates, both are free from chips, cracks or restoration but they do have evidence of light wear/scratches in the glaze, there is wear to the gilding in patches and some wear to the paint in a few places on both plates, such as on ladybirds back, dragonfly’s head, butterfly’s wing, saucers: one has a substantial crack running through the body, it has stained brown, another has a large break which has been given a glued repair, there is also a crack through the body which is stained, another has some dark marks on the underside, the remaining nine saucers are in fair order but with some gilding wear of varying degrees as well as wear to the painted decoration in varying degrees, Cups: majority show signs of use due to staining, crazing inside, particularly towards the bases, one has a large running from the rim which also has two pieces glued back in, two cups have stained/crazed interiors, one is light, the other heavy, two are in reasonable condition, two have single stained cracks in the rims but free from staining/crazing to the interior bases, the remaining five have varying degrees of stained/crazed interiors from light to heavy, all five have cracks from the rims, one has two cracks and one has a repaired handle, all cups have varying degrees of gilding wear and elements of wear to the paint.
