Original vintage propaganda poster 1921 - 1981 from Kronstadt to Gdansk 60 years of resistance to state capitalism - Great black and white illustration of a sailor standing on the deck of a ship with a rough sea in the background. The Kronstadt rebellion or Kronstadt mutiny was an insurrection of the Soviet sailors, soldiers and civilians of the port city of Kronstadt against the Bolshevik government of the Russian SFSR. A strike by 17,000 ship builders saw Solidarity (Solidarnosc), led by shipyard electrician Lech Walesa, recognised as the first non-Communist trade union in the then Soviet Bloc.
