A pair of early 20th century gilt-metal two-light wall appliques in Louis XV style and carved as acanthus-style leaves (49.5 cm high including brass electrical fitting)* Condition: Both in good condition, with no damage, cracks or losses. The gilt is in good order. Both have a few small white paint brush splashes to the back extremities, but this will easily clean off.

The crown appears in good order, see image added online. The insides of the cylinders are of similar condition to the boreThe action works correctly with a strong spring, good timing and lock up.The exterior metal finish has some quite a bit of wear from use. There is a noticeable line around the cylinder from the locking lug. The wood grips have dents and scratches but no cracks or repairs.
