An Austrian silver four piece dressing table set of shaped rectangular form having ribbed rim and leaf decoration to canted corners, comprising hairbrush, clothes brush, mirror and tray, each piece stamped with Diana head with 3 & A either side, dating pieces to c.1872, Vienna, the tray with inscribed maker's mark to underside for Carl Hiess Wien Kohlmarkt, the tray 7in. (17.8cm.) long and weighing 6.25 tr.oz. (4) *Condition: Overall in good condition, small chip to bevelled edge of mirror, brushes slightly loose in mounts, some marks rubbed.
Robert Robin Fenson, alias Henry Maidment (British, act.1889-1914) Pastoral landscapes at dusk oil on canvas, both signed 'R. Fenton' and dated (18)97, in period gilt painted frames 7 5/8 x 11½in. (19.3 x 29.2cm.). (2) *Condition: On both the canvas is slightly uneven and is slightly loose on the stretcher. Figure on bridge has a small tear to lower centre just above river - has a small patch applied to back of canvas. Small brush mark of gold paint from frame to upper left margin. Both have been cleaned in fairly recent past and revarnished. Frames overpainted gold.

Includes: Lace edged cotton bloomers, cotton chemise, laced and boned corset, woollen flannel underskirt with ties, knitted woollen bustle, full length cotton petticoat, fine lawn petticoat with lace trim, silk cape with fringed cotton (faded to outside), satin/leather shoes, tortoiseshell fan, brush and comb, a velvet silk-lined evening bag and a decorated straw bonnet.

A Lucille Ball skirt from The Fuller Brush GirlColumbia Pictures, 1950. Designed by Jean Louis. Pleated plaid skirt of red, green, and yellow, bearing an interior black-lettered 'Columbia Pictures' label inscribed, 'L. Ball' in black ink, with a 'Western Costume Co.' stamp and a modern 'Western Costume' barcode on the waistband lining. Playing a door-to-door saleswoman opposite co-star Eddie Albert, Ball gets into all sorts of mischief à la Lucy Ricardo in this comedy directed by Lloyd Bacon. The skirt is worn throughout the last half of the film as she and Albert undergo a series of comedic mishaps while running away from the villains. Accompanied by a DVD of the film.
A group of 3 engraved lighters gifted to makeup artist Dave Grayson by John WayneThree silver brush cigarette lighters, each featuring 'Zippo' stamped to the bottom, each in its original box, each with a different engraving on the front including, 'Train Robbers / 1972'; 'M.V. / Wild Goose [Wayne's yacht]'; and ''Rooster Cogburn' / (A Man of True Grit)'; all are inscribed, 'Stolen From / John Wayne' on the reverse. All three lighters were given as gifts to Wayne's longtime makeup man and friend, David Grayson. Provenance: the estate of David Grayson. Each box: 2.25 x 3.25 x 0.5 in.; each lighter: 1.5 x 2.25 in.

A Victorian six piece silver mounted dressing table set, by William A Hayes, assayed Birmingham 1898, comprising hand mirror, a pair of hair brushes, clothes brush, comb and boot brush, all embossed with 'C' scroll and foliate decoration, reserves left blank, the brushes restored and hence all excellent condition.
