A 19th century portrait of a female saint, probably Saint Lucy of Syracuse, with a crown and wearing an ermine cloak about her shoulders, carrying leaf fronds, with figures and a landscape in the distance, oil on canvas, 63 by 43cm, in a pierced giltwood frame, 75 by 54cm.Provenance: The Private Lincolnshire Estate of a Danish Family.

Two Staffordshire figures of Hope and Charity, c.1800-10, both modelled as Classical maidens, the former standing beside a tall anchor and holding her cloak on top of her head, Charity holding an infant and with two further children clutching at her skirts, both raised on square bases, small damages, 19cm. (2) Provenance: from a private collection in Wiltshire.
A large Derby figure of John Wilkes, c.1765-70, standing and resting one hand on a square plinth, atop of which rests a scroll inscribed 'Bill of Rights', draped in a long pink cloak, a putto to his right, holding a phrygian cap on the end of a stick and supporting a book titled 'Lock [sic] on Gov't', raised on a scrolled base, small losses, 30cm. John Wilkes (1725-1797) was an English politician and radical journalist whose criticism of the King in his magazine The North Briton earned him a warrant for his arrest for libel in 1763. Citing parliamentary privilege he was cleared of the charge and went on to become Lord Mayor of London in 1774.
An unusual Staffordshire porcelain figure of Winter, late 18th century, modelled as a young boy huddled in a fur-lined cloak, a pearlware figure of a putto, and another pearlware figure of a young girl holding a chicken, all raised on square bases, some restoration to the putto's arm, 14.5cm max. (3) Cf. The Rous Lench Collection, Christie's, 30th May, 1990, lot 570 for a similar porcelain figure, previously attributed to Neale & Co. Provenance: from a private collection in Wiltshire.

A bronze statuette of Mercury (Hermes) standing on a rectangular base, wearing a winged cap, cloak over right shoulder; holding a caduceus in left hand, money bag in right with cockerel below. 27 grams, 50mm (2"). Private collection, home counties, UK; acquired before 1980. Fine condition.

A bronze statuette of a horse and rider; horse with collar decorated with circles and a lunate pendant; figure of a naked male wearing a diadem, cloak and boots, quiver to the back and strap over chest. 125 grams total, 95mm (3 3/4"). From the collection of a European gentleman living in South London; acquired 1970-1980.[2] Fine condition.
4th century BC. A bronze cosmetic grinder component comprising a C-section curved panel, handle formed as a bearded and cloaked man in a petasos on a crouching horse following a standing bearded figure in long cloak wearing a conical cap. 45 grams, 65mm (2 3/4"). Property of a Mayfair gentleman; collected from 1966-2017.[No Reserve] Fine condition, usage wear.

A bronze figure of Mercury standing, naked with petasos cap to head with wings to the top; cloak wrapped around left arm, left hand originally holding caduceus; right hand held forward and holding a money bag; sandals to feet and fine detailing to the face and musculature. Cf. Rolland, H. Bronzes Antiques de Haute Provence, Paris, 1965, p.52, item 59 for type.1.67 kg, 21.8cm (8 1/2"). Ex Jurgen Moller, Saarbrucken, circa 1980. Very fine condition.

A gilt bronze statuette of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara seated on a lotus throne, legs crossed; hair pulled up int a top knot with small figure of Buddha to the front; diadem and large rosette earrings, urna to the centre of the brow; front hands held in prayer holding a jewel; right upper hand holding a rosary, left holding a lotus flower; deer skin cloak over shoulder, strings of beads across the chest. 1.94 kg, 21.5cm (8 1/2"). From the Cheuk family collection; formed in the 1970s. Fine condition.
Circle of Michael Dahl (1659 - 1743), oil on canvas laid down onto board - half-length portrait of a lady in red dress with blue cloak, painted in an oval reserve, 89cm x 73cm, in antique Scandinavian gilt frame CONDITION REPORT Canvas is laid down and there is suggestion of some overall restoration, infilling and over painting. Surface though flat is slightly inconsistent, with some thin areas. Paint surface is however stable and presents well.

British Army 1898 Driver's Saddle dark brown leather saddle and side flaps. Front and rear steel arches. Lower wooden boards fitted with steel loops to the front and rear. Two leather loops stitched to the front of the saddle for attachment of the cloak straps. Saddle stamped 'Nobes & Hunt' dated '1898'. Various issue stamps. This pattern was introduced in 1895

English School (19th Century), A Signaller on horseback at the gallop, watercolour, 22 x 28cm (8.5 x 11in) The present study is a trooper in a Lancer Regiment - probably regular army rather than yeomanry. He is on a training exercise, hence the signalling flag. His cloak obscures the uniform so it is not possible to determine which regiment. His hat is a pillbox cap, with a red band that may denote one side versus the other in a mock combat A little browning and discolouration to the background. One small white dot upper left corner.
