Painted in the original pale blue with matching leather and celluloid wraparound visor. The helmet is contained in its original heavy cardboard box with the manufacturer's shipping label addressed to Eric Thompson.Also included are a pair of leather and cloth crochet driving gloves and Polaroid glasses dated 1944. The set comes with various letters including a typed letter of authentication signed by the driver and photos of him wearing the same helmet. Size of the box 36 x 30 cm and H: 19 cm.History: Eric Thompson was an official driver of the Aston Martin racing team from 1949-1953.
