Weber settee, 1929, designed for the Biltmore Hotel, Phoenix, Arizona, maple or poplar frame with cherry stain, refinished, reupholstered in tan velvet, 44"w x 25"d x 30"h, some repairs, good condition Light surface scratches, scuffs and abrasions. Some staining and wear to the feet; they may be water damaged and appear to have had wood filler added in places. Chip to one foot under the new finish. Separation to the frame at the joints where the wood meets the backrest and to the front of one armrest. Regluing work is needed. Fabric is generally in very good condition with no significant wear.

No repairs. Sturdy and structurally sound. A round decal is missing–it was likely a Danish Furniture Control tag. A few light stains to the fabric.
