A Regency/William IV settee, with moulded exposed showframe, stuffover back, arms and seat and raised on short paw feet (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This settee is in generally good condition. The exposed showframe does have some minor surface scratches and scuffs as one would expect from a piece of this age. It is however generally very good. The front right hand leg is structurally solid. The left hand leg is perfectly serviceable but slightly loose at the joint at the main frame. The rear left hand leg is solid but has had a partial break, the repair is visible but not problematic. The rear right hand leg is in good order. The upholstery is generally clean and tidy with no significant issues. The depth of the feet is 20 ins. The height to the top of the stuffover seat is 17.5 ins. The length of the seating area is 57 ins. The overall length of the settee is approximately 75 ins.
