CONDITION REPORT: There is replacement veneer to the top at the right hand side, several small veneer chips and a few areas of veneer lift to the front face of the frame on the back also several small dents to the top scroll moulding.

It was fashionable to borrow from Greek and Roman motifs, as well as seeing a return to adding elements from nature, such as the stylised foliate motifs as seen in this settee.
