A Knole style leather upholstered three seater settee See inside back cover colour illustration Condition report Report by RB From a local deceased' estate. Looking at the settee, the left arm refuses to stay held in by the ball top, (it was held there by a pole, for the photograph!). The front hand side is similarly weak, the seats have been re-upholstered, which should be easy to spot in the photograph, the back cushions are cracked/dry, and again you should see various marks and stains to it in the photograph. Overall in a fresh to market condition, the seats would well benefit from a good leather feed, and the seat cushions could be a better colour.

An Edwardian inlaid mahogany parlour suite, comprising a two seater settee, two armchairs, and a set of four single chairs (7) See illustration Condition report Condition report by RB The upholstery is generally clean, but with the pair of arm chairs having the dirtiest seats, but these would probably respond to a good clean, overall in pretty good condition, althought the set of four single chairs have joints which are slightly weak, overall with general wear and knocks consumate with 100 year old pieces of furniture.

Horner, New York, labeled, comprised of a settee, a pair of armchairs and two side chairs, each extensively inlaid with exotic woods and bone, settee with shaped back, curved padded arms, shaped rail, blocked square tapered legs, casters, conforming chairs, found en suite with lot 1043, height 36 1/2 in., width 57 1/2 in., depth 27 in.
