An early 20th century French Empire walnut veneered inlaid saloon sofa canape settee. The sofa comprising a central main settee flanked by pairs of graduating bow fronted cupboards to each side. Each cupboard with single bow fronted doors inlaid with Greek key shaped decorations. All raised on turned gilt supports. Measuring approx. 113cm x 248cm x 64cm.
A late 19th century circa 1890s Syrian Islamic carved oak hall bench / settee. The bench having intricately carved & pierced back embellishments over a central panelled back with hand carved notations. The back and elbow rests with series of turned spindles creating a railing support. Padded seat below. Raised on turned supports with further matching finials panels to each corner. Measures approx. 101cm x 130cm x 54cm.
