A walnut framed camel-back settee, in the Queen Anne style, probably Dutch 18th century, upholstered and close nailed in 18th century tapestry, the shaped back above out-scroll arms and double serpentine padded seat, all on slender octagonal cabriole gaitered legs, headed with acanthus leaves and padfeet, upholstery distressed, w.163cm, d.53cm, h.109cm Condition Report / Extra Information Second leg front right with chip to scroll at top. Otherwise all legs good. No apparent breaks or repairs.

A Queen Anne style two seater wing settee, upholstered in green cotton and raised on foliate carved cabriole legs terminating in claw and ball feet. Width across arms 138 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: : Structurally very sturdy and comfortable to sit on. The upholstery is in generally good condition but being pale in colour there are a few minor blemishes to the material. There are no significant areas where there is ingrained dirt but there is some discolouration along the top roll and the edges of the right hand wing and tops of the arms. There really are minor. There are no tears to the upholstery. The cushions are down filled. The legs are in good condition with no significant structural damage. The right hand front leg has some scuffs and knocks to the carving as one would expect. The left hand leg is less marked. The settee probably dates from the 1930's.
A George III style mahogany sofa, with rollover arms, squab cushion and raised on blind fret carved front legs. Width 196 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This settee is reproduction and possibly only 25-30 years old. It is structurally sound with no damage or repairs to any of the exposed woodwork other than minor scuffs and knocks that one would expect. The right hand front leg has one edge timber loss approximately 5 cm up from the bottom of the leg on the right hand side. The upholstery is in reasonable condition and is serviceable. There is however ingrained dirt on the tops of the arms and along the rear of the back. There is also staining to the front edge of the squab cushion and to the left hand arm support. This may well clean however please be aware of this discolouration in places.
A Queen Anne style wing settee, upholstered in green cotton and raised on foliate carved cabriole legs terminating in claw and ball feet. Width across arms 185 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: In our opinion this dates from the 1930's. It is structurally very sound with no loose joints. The upholstery is generally good but being pale there are numerous marks and minor blemishes to the fabric. There is one tear to the rear centre of the back. The cushions are filled with down.
A Knoll settee, upholstered in beige velvet and linen striped material. Length 180 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This settee is modern and possibly only 10 years or so old. It is in first class condition, sturdy and extremely comfortable to sit on. A minor criticism would be that the front material valance is al little creased, probably in transit and could be probably do with being ironed.
A large lounge settee, upholstered in velvet and linen striped material, with loose cushions and raised on wooden legs terminating in brass castors. Width 207 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: Please note this sofa is not Edwardian but a modern piece of furniture. It has come from a very good clean home and does not have any significant issues. It is structurally very sound and very clean. We can not see any makers name on the piece but it is clearly of good quality. Height to top of back 81 cm, width at widest point 206 cm, depth at deepest point approximately 100 cm. Depth of seat 73 cm.
A red leather deep buttoned settee, with two loose cushions and raised on short cabriole front legs. Width 148 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: Structurally very sound. The leatherwork is in good condition and not significantly worn. There are no serious scuffs or marks. There are no tears to the leather. The legs are all sturdy but a little scuffs and marked. The settee has down filled cushions. It is however not likely to be more than 20-30 years old.
A William IV carved rosewood showframe scroll end settee, the rope twist carved back with foliate and scroll carved split terminals, over a later upholstered seat, back and scroll arms with button carving, over a conforming channel carved rail, raised on foliate capped reeded legs, 88½in. (225cm.) long, 33½in. (85cm.) high at back.
