No.887 Unic Articulated Tanker - Dutch promotional model NWM, Nederlansche Weg Tanker Maatschappy (Dutch Road Building Company) - very dark green tractor and chassis, silver tank, NWM transfer to tank sides, dark green hubs. Tractor with "W" logo on yellow roundel to doors, fitted for electric lighting as per the standard model. Tractor is Good (wear marks to highlights), tanker trailer is Excellent. This is a very rare promotional given to customers - NWM is now part of Harry VSO Logistics. Very few of these are known - the first we have offered.
A Tri-ang-type doll's house, mock-Tudor style with pitched, tiled roof, the front elevation, with tinplate windows, opening in two sections to reveal six rooms, four with electric lighting (26in. wide), together with a collection of wood household furnishings, family of dolls and an associated garage -8in.

1938 Vincent H.R.D. 499c.c. "Meteor" Reg.No. FJJ 332 Engine No. M640 Frame No. D1629 Gearbox No. XBAPH 56032. Frustrated by the poor quality and delivery of proprietary engines, Philip Vincent decided to launch his own offering at the 1935 Show. Built in three stages of tune the Meteor, Comet and Racing T.T. Model. The machine featured sprung frames and twin brakes on both wheels. The machine was delivered to London dealers Conway Motors on December 1st 1938, what a Christmas present. Engine, frame and gearbox numbers are all correct as is the original Lucas lighting equipment. A rare opportunity to acquire a good original pre-War Vincent, surely one of the best appreciating two-wheeled investments in the world.
West Ham United. The Thames Ironworks Shipbuilding and Engineering Company Limited share certificate, 1899, eng. certificate printed in purple ink, with some manuscript additions and signatures, approx 45 x 34.5 cms, framed. The original Thames Ironworks Football Team was formed in 1895 with the backing of Arnold F.Hills, the Chairman and Managing Director. It pioneered playing under electric lighting. set up on poles, in matches against Arsenal and West Bromwich Albion in 1896. In the 1898/99 season the Club turned professional and changed its name to West Ham United in 1900. Its ground, the Memorial Ground, Canning Town, was built by Hills for the staff and was in use between 1897 and 1904. (1)
Gauge 1, two G.W.R. eight-wheel bogie corridor coaches, including a 1930's period 1st Class Restaurant car with full interior details, with mirrors and electric lighting; and a Kitchen battery-supply car for train lighting, finished in late 1930's livery, both approx 25 in (63.5 cm) long, in fine condition. Gauge 1, three G.W.R. bogie coaches, including a Directors' Saloon with well-detailed interior and electric lighting, painted in mid-1930's chocolate and cream (one rain strip missing), 22 in (56 cm) long; and two side corridor Guard's full brake coaches, painted in late-1930's chocolate, in excellent condition. CO-CO Class 37 diesel electric locomotive, fitted with two six-wheel motor bogies, hinged roof hatch for track, battery and lighting switch panel with considerable detail, unpainted, constructed from etched nickel-silver and brass, 24c in (61.2 cm) long, in R.J.H. box, in excellent condition.
Gauge 1, two S.B.B.-C.F.F. Swiss four-axle bogie side corridor coaches, by J.B.C. Models, including one 1st-2nd Class and one 1st-2nd-3rd Class, both with detailed interiors and electric lighting, painted in dark holly-green, approx 262 in (67.3 cm) long, in excellent condition.
