Headboard is very grubby in one area, but the fabric can be removed as attached with Velcro, like a loose cover. The counter-pane fabric with numerous tears and losses. The cotton stripped mattress covering is discoloured and torn in areas The fabric surrounds, drapes to canopy and other elements are dirty and creased. Some tears to the curtains and wear to the tie-backs. The odd loose thread in areas.The the base of the structure appears stable and constructed with bolts, the upper upright rails probably need tightening.
