A large bespoke upholstered headboard and matching 18th century style carved and painted bed bench seat the padded headboard upholstered in a bold floral fabric, possibly by Timorous Beasties, featuring a pomoegranate plant, a peony, grapes, butterflies and moths and other garden and exotic flowers and plants. Cylindrical form padded surround in striped fabric, 75 x 56in. (190 x 142cm.) The buttoned seat upholstered in matching fabric, the distressed, white painted frame with foliate carved cabriole style legs with scroll carved toes, 56¼ x 19¾in. (143 x 50cm.), 20in. A pair of modern cherrywood single sleigh beds in the Louis-Philippe taste, 213 cm long x 102 cm wide x 97 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Hook fittings are extant. There are some areas of wear and tear conducive with age and use. One bed in particular with large split horizontally along the grain to the inside edge of the headboard - see image for further detail. Otherwise several areas of minor scuffing throughout which could arguably be remedied with polishing - see images for further detail
An Edwardian mahogany and marquetry inlaid bedroom suite, comprising double bed, washstand, dressing table and wardrobe (4). (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The dressing table - the left-hand finial is loose but intact and there are some very minor splits to the timber on the left-hand side. There is a slight ring mark to the top but otherwise this it is in very good order and has more than likely been restored at some point in its life. Bed length +/- 210 cm, width 136 cm, headboard height 144 cm. The marble topped washstand is 165 cm high, 113 cm wide to include brass towel rail to the side 49 cm deep. The wardrobe 211 cm high, 185 cm wide, 61 cm deep, the dressing table 168 cm high, 125 cm wide, 64 cm deep.The wardrobe has signs of historic woodworm to the cornice, particularly to the sides. On the left-hand side of the wardrobe there has been a split but this has been filled and restored. The left-hand door has a split which has again been restored to the top left-hand side, the rest of the door is in good condition. The central panel again has age -related marks but nothing untoward. On the right-hand door there is some specking to the mirror to the top section and there is some flaking to the rear of the mirror from the centre down towards the bottom in a line which is approximately 60-70 cm long, there are also some other specks throughout the mirror. Internally the left-hand hanging compartment has a burn to the left-hand side and the in right-hand hanging space there are signs of historic woodworm in the central panel. The beading around the bottom section has some losses to the left-hand side and also there is some wear generally across the front of the wardrobe particularly where the doors are opened and closed. Other than this the base section is in good order with the drawers working as they should. The washstand is in good order. The marble has a slight repair to the left-hand corner but this has been well done. There is a handle to the left-hand side but the right -hand handle is missing, there are screw holes where is has been. The legs are in good order and the castors are all present. The bed footboard has been in the sun on the left-hand side as you look at it. There is also some slight discolouration to the right-hand side. To the rear of the footboard there is some beading which is missing. The headboard is in good order just showing signs of use.

Carved panelling with geometric pattern to inner. Supported on a plinth base with gallery top. Measures approx. 121cm x 204cm x 152cm, when constructed.
Austinsuite - Mid 20th century teak and black vinyl headboard. Having a long rectangular back with back vinyl cushioned back. With double bed space, flanked by two bedside cabinet tables with single drawer and think tapering circular legs. With lighting to back. Sold as untested. Measures approx. 97cm x 232cm x 44cm.
