The photography of Doug Fidler (deceased): A very large quantity of mounted exhibition photos and A3+ colour prints, together with his extensive portfolio of work in 6 x 4 prints and accompanying negatives"Doug Fidler was an eminent, award winning photographer, all the more remarkable as he was a novice when, on reaching retirement, he joined Cardiff Camera Club in 1983. In the following years he travelled the world and took many memorable photographs, including superb images of East African wildlife. Although best known for his wildlife photos, he would photograph anything interesting or memorable, including landscapes, architecture, cityscapes, people and machines.
