Uncommon Polaroid Dine Instant Close-Up Camera Model IV. Based on a Polaroid 635 CL camera, this was one of several converted by Lester A Dine Inc. and originally designed for dental photography. This example comes with a full set of colour-coded, close-up lenses allowing shots from 18" down to approx 4" from the lens. NB This camera can not be used at distances further than 18". For use with 600 film, in working order (condition 4E) and with instruction booklet, measuring chain etc, all packed in fitted metal case.
