Camera Posters & Other Photographic Ephemera. Comprising a large (approx 60x50cm) photographic print of the Billcliff camera workshop in Manchester, a smaller print of Mr Joshua Billcliff (approx 30x40cm), Canon and Leica family tree posters, a Kodak calendar (100 years of Kodak 1880-1980) in a very tight roll. etc (BW).
Certo Super-Sport Dual-Format Medium Format Rangefinder Camera. With Triplan 7.5cm f2.9 lens (CRF needs slight attention, otherwise condition 5F) with ERC. Also a Thornton Pickard Junior Special reflex plate camera with Taylor Hobson Cooke Aviar 6 inch f4.5 lens. (focal plane shutter inoperative).
Thornton Pickard Hythe Gun Camera Mark III H #3304. A camera, designed like a Lewis machine gun and used for training air-to-air gunners. Cocking bolt locks back correctly and operates when 'fired'. Has a removable 120 film holder cassette but probably missing the long 'pin' which punctured the film when the dummy bullet magazine (not present) was changed. Not recommend to be carried in public! A Rare 'Long Tom' Camera as Used by W G Vanderson at Fox Photos Agency, London. Based on a half-plate Thornton Pickard reflex camera and fitted with a Tessar 40cm f4.5 lens (rear thread approx 12cm diameter). Focal plane shutter working but slow/intermittent/sticky. Tessar lens is fitted with a large yellow filter (unable to remove). Comes with a photocopy of an article in BJP 8th January 1980 featuring the life and work of W G Vanderson and with two of his similar cameras.Bob White referenced this camera in his 2017 article in Photographica World, which is also available on-line at https://tinyurl.com/y5p6ztg2. Thornton Pickard Nimrod Automan Hand & Stand Plate Camera. Maroon bellows, with wood and brass interior. (Quite well used and shutter intermittent and rear glass cracked, hence condition 5/6G). Also a Thornton Pickard Folding Ruby with Ross f6.3 lens. (no rear glass, otherwise condition 5F).
OPL Foca *** PF3 Outfit (399) & Flash Kit. Comprising camera body with Oplarex f1.9, 35mm f3.5 #087085,135mmm f4.5 #120480, 90mm f3.5 #13468, Multifinder, filters, caps etc all in fitted outfit case. (all condition 4/5F). Also a rare Foca flash outfit in case, with instructions (in French). (BW).
Ex-WD Dallmeyer 13.5cm f4.5 Dalrac DC Coated REID Fit Lens. #538407 (some wear and marks to chrome and barrel, moderate to heavy cleaning marks to front element hence condition 5/6E). The barrel being marked with the C&P (Cooke and Perkins) logo to the front and with both styles of Reid of logo, a WD 'Wide Arrow' and 'W6/WF/0562' to the rear. Final image taken with this lens at full aperture fitted to a micro 4/3rds digital camera with L39 mount adapter.
Brass Wall Plaque from the Reid & Sigrist Registered Office. Plaque is 8x6 inches, inset into a heavy, wooden frame and backed with green baize. Also a rare copy of 'No C.I.C.'* , a fascinating history of the Decca Record Company written in 1956 by Sir Edward Roberts Lewis, the then Chairman, and with a later (1979) dedication by him. In 1954 Decca took over Reid & Sigrist but within 10 years they had sold off most of the remaining camera parts and spares, finally winding up the company around 1970. *The Capital Issues Committee, formed at the start of WWII. Rare, First Issue Reid Camera Leaflet (Blue Cover), Featuring Camera #A1. Also uncommon yellow cover bi-fold leaflet for Reid (cover camera has no Reid name on top plate and fitted with an unnamed 5cm lens!) a bi-fold leaflet for Models I, Ia & III, a rare trifold leaflet showing Models I, Ia, II & III, probably the only time all models were advertised together and a bi-fold leaflet for Reid & Sigrist 35mm enlargers. A Rare 'Temporary Instruction Book' for Reid III, Type I Camera. A contemporary, 13-page foolscap factory item, produced before delivery of the more common red cover booklets arrived. For camera #1375 and with the owners name and address on the cover. Dated 20th December 1952. Also two later Reid instruction books and a printed foolscap leaflet for the Reid Close-Focusing Attachment with 3 foolscap duplicated pages of instructions. (JVC).
Quantity of Reid Camera Top & Bottom Plates etc. Various states of completion from drilled blanks to plated and part finished, plus the factory 'Master' plates. Includes Model I top plates, some with pre-engraved serial numbers (# 3471, 3493 & 5303), Model II top-plates, several including some with pre-engraved serial numbers (# 3109, 3112, 3113 & 3114). etc. (JVC).
Uncommon Ross Xtralux & Culminar L39 Thread Lenses. Comprising Ross Xtralux 9cm f3.5 rangefinder coupled lens (condition 5F) with 'Ross, London' logo and marked 'Made in England'. Also a Steinheil Culminar 135mm f4.5 coupled rangefinder lens (condition 5F) in keeper. John Vincent attached label states 'Seems to be calibrated to the Reid camera. Exceptional performance'. (JVC).

Uncommon Version of a Dallmeyer 13.5cm f4.5 DC Coated Dalrac Lens. #552338. Although L39 screw fitting this is not rangefinder coupled and the barrel is noticeably shorter than standard versions. Apart front the standard version a contemporary Dallmeyer catalogue states the Dalrac as also being available '....in a short mount for Leitz Visoflex....' but unable to confirm if this is such a version. The lens focuses past the infinity mark but still produces a very similar image to the standard lens (see final image taken with this lens on a micro 4/3rd digital camera) (some cleaning & other marks to elements, condition 5/6E). Comes with rear cap. (JVC).
Ebonised Wooden Half Plate Ex-WD Field Camera. (condition 5/6F) "Unnamed, but almost certainly Kodak. With foldable front and removable rear extensions. Fitted with 135mm f6.3 ICA lens/shutter (blades slow/sticking hence condition 6F). Also 2 DDS and blank lens panels. All in an ex-WD camera case.
An Unnamed Wood & Brass Half Plate Field Camera With Unusual Tilting Base. (repair to front standard, bellows & TP roller blind shutter poor, hence condition 7G). With three DDS and an Ex-WD 5" f4 lens (unnamed, but probably by Dallmeyer). Also a bag containing a Pentax ME Super with 50mm f1.7 & Sigma 70-210mm (well used barrel) lenses and a x2 tele-converter.
