An Arts & Crafts three-piece silver tea service, Charles Edwards, Birmingham 1879, comprising teapot, sucrier and milk jug, each of compressed circular form raised on three feet, each with tri-form handles with foliate terminals, ebonised handle and knop to teapot, 11.8cm high, gross weight 25.26ozt (3)CR; Teapot body in good order, no major denting, splitting, thinning or repair. Cover in good order, opening smoothly and closing flush. Screw mechanism to knop is heavily rusted, and currently cannot be unscrewed. Spout in good order. Feet in good order, sitting flat on a level surface.Sucrier: Some misshaping to the rim of the bowl - see pictures. No other notable denting or splitting, Moderate scratching and wear to the surface. There is evidence of solder repair to two of the handles - see pictures. One of the feet seems to have been impacted at some point, leaving a small impression no the bowl interior. Feet are in good order, sucrier sits flat on a level surface.Milk jug: Some light misshaping to the rim. Several mid-sized dents to the body. Moderate scratching and wear. Handle in good order. Feet in good order, sitting flat on a level surface. No splitting or repair.
A pair of Edwardian silver candlesticks, Elkington & Co, Birmingham 1901, the weighted square bases decorated with ram's masks and foliate swags, Corinthian columns and capitals with detachable drip pans, each 32.5cm highCR; Drip pans in good order - no signs of major thinning, splitting or repair. Both show minor dents, and general scratching and wear throughout. Both are very stiff to remove, but they are detachable. There is some bending to the corners of the capitals, leaving gaps between the pans and the capitals (see pictures). The capitals are largely in good order some denting and thinning around the detail, but no obvious splitting or repair - please note that there is a build up of silver polish in places, which may be concealing splitting or damage. The columns are in good order, some minor denting to the high points, and general scratching and wear throughout, but no splitting or repair. There is moderate denting, scratching and wear throughout the bases. There is moderate loss of definition to the detail, around the ram masks and swags. There is moderate wear to the felt base, which is lifting around the edges in places.

A cased set of six Aynsley coffee cans and saucers, each piece with cobalt blue and gilt foliate bands and scalloped rims, the cans with pierced geometric silver sleeves, marks for Walker & Hall, Sheffield 1936, cans 6.2cm high, saucers 12cm diameter CONDITION REPORT:All pieces show minor rubbing to the gilt highlights throughout, but no chips, cracks or losses. The cans show some staining to the interiors commensurate with age and use. Two of the cans are not seated fully in their sleeves. The sleeves show minor surface wear and tarnishing. The fitted case shows wear commensurate with age and use.
