AN EARLY 20TH CENTURY SILVER-CASED OPEN-FACED `THE BEACON LEVER` POCKET WATCH by Ross, Penrith, the enamelled dial with Roman hours enclosing a subsidiary seconds dial and maker`s name, model and image of Penrith Beacon, the case marked Birmingham 1925, Dennison Watch Case Company. 4.5cm(d); sold along with two white metal curb-linked Albert chains. Condition Report: Cracks to dial around 10 o~clock, wear and scratches, some internal opening damage.

A French Art Deco silver gilt and ivory chalice, the stem is carved from a single piece of ivory to represent the apostles Peter, John and Paul, the cup and base in silver gilt with Deco design, the base is stamped to underside with maker`s mark V.F. and is engraved with an inscription dated 11 June 1938, carrying case by Heaulme-Buisine, Lille. Diameter at base 12cm, total height 19.5cm, stem height 12cm
