A Victorian ruby, sapphire and diamond crescent and star brooch, c.1890,with a cushion-shaped old star cut sapphire, ruby and old European cut diamond, all claw set in a trefoil cluster to the centre of a diamond set closed crescent, grain set with old Swiss cut diamonds. All mounted to the centre of a blade edge bar with a diamond set star to each end, with a pin and 'C' catch. Tested as silver, backed in 9ct gold. 48mm long, 4.72g
An Edwardian gold, pearl, enamel, diamond and demantoid garnet set bracelet, c.1905,of baton form. The bracelet with red guilloché enamel decoration with white dot decoration and seed pearls, on gold wire between, to a bolt ring clasp, and a late Victorian heart-shaped pendant/chain, with an old Swiss cut diamond, grain set to the centre, surrounded by graduated demantoid garnets, one deficient, pavé set in silver, backed in gold, with a glazed locket verso and diamond set bale. A rose cut and old eight cut diamond set anchor to the front cover, with a black enamel ground and similarly set Latin cross to the reverse.
