EMPRESS OF IRELAND 1906 the mallet head carved to the obverse with the Fairfield Shipbuilding crest comprising an anchor motif within a border inscribed THE FAIRFIELD SHIPBUILDING & ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED, the reverse with corresponding monogram, the head of the shaft with date inscription .27TH JANY. 1906. and T.S.S."EMPRESS OF IRELAND", over a fluted to foliate carved shaft and ovoid pommel, 30cm long, the casket maker Robert Stewart, Glasgow 1906, the hinged caddy top with cast Royal Coat of Arms finial with embossed thistle border, the cover further embossed with panels of national flora, fruits and Poseidon masks over crossed tridents, with central cartouche inscribed PRESENTED TO MRS. After Provin Serres a pair of bronze effect spelter figures, La Romance and Le Croquis, 47cm, on wooden plinths with title.Qty: 2Condition report:Both are loose from their plinths, with one plinth being darker stained than the other and the darker one is split. The sculptures themselves, the one with the artist's palette is missing something from her left hand, possibly missing a small element from the end of the brush in her right hand, there is a small surface scratch above her breast, otherwise patina is ok. The sculpture with the harp is also missing elements from her hands, with an obvious soldering mark to the left hand, there is a patch of scratching to the back of the left shoulder, white marks surrounding the front of the base.
19th century watercolour portrait of a young girl playing her Harp, together with a pair of stained glass panels and a Japanese print.27.5 x 20.5cm overall I know we are a mammoth job getting it all done. The panels appear to be transfer printed, and are in generally good order although there is some bubbling to them, see images.

Two shell cameo brooches. One a Victorian yellow metal brooch, with ornate scroll work and featuring a left facing profile of a Greek warrior, possibly Ares, the greek god of war. The brooch measures approximately 5.5cm x 5cm. Featuring a c-clasp fastener. The other a modern brooch, depicting a woman in classical garb playing a harp. In hallmarked 9ct gold and measuring approximately 5.1cm x 4cm. Total approximate weight 34.4 grams.
