A late 17th century oak dwarf cupboard, altered, of panelled construction, now with two frieze drawers and a cupboard under enclosed by a pair of doors, lunette and foliate carved, on a projecting base above a later shaped apron, the associated raised back with a shelf, bobbin turned and square section supports, 95cm wide x 61cm deep x 84.5cm high.
A small collection of antique and vintage sewing accessories comprising a small group of bone items to include a chalice pin cushion with painted decoration and marked 'EMERY', 2½in. (6.4cm.) high; eye shaped tatting shuttle with bas relief floral carving; openwork spiral and clasped hands crochet hook; needle holder seal; awl, together with a vegetable "ivory" acorn thimble/bobbin holder and four thimbles two in silver, the first Birmingham, 1924, the other stamped 925, one in enamel and one in ruby glass capped with millefiori decoration.
