A Tunbridge ware burr oak sewing box attributed to Edmund Nye, of square form, the lift off pin cushion lid in pale velvet with central elaborate gilt ring handle, the sides with a band of cross grain pillar and rail perspective marquetry banding and raised on brass bracket feet.
