The lozenge shaped brooch with Chippendale raised edge, and a spray of turquoise set forget-me-nots to a textured ground, with a naturalistic enamelled ladybird to one side. Woven hair to a glazed back. Cracked and deficient in areas. Tested as approximately 15ct gold

Left arm has lost front carving and is split in half and repaired. One ball and claw foot has split. One back leg badly split and repaired badly. Breaks beneath have been replaced. Much evidence of animal glue (recent) Needs inspecting in person.
