CHIPPENDALE REVIVAL MAHOGANY ARMCHAIR 19TH CENTURY of generous proportions, the shaped and carved top rail centred by a pierced shell motif, above a pierced and foliate carved interlaced splat, over a drop-in seat flanked by acanthus carved scrolling arms with scrolled terminals, raised on fluted legs joined by a pierced H stretcher, with brass castors 72cm wide, 101cm high, 44cm deep; seat height 46cm
An 18th Century Scottish laburnum dining chair of Chippendale design with carved pierced back splat over an upholstered seat on plain chamfered supports united by stretchers, 57 cm wide x 46 cm deep x 94 cm high CONDITION REPORTS There is damage throughout to the back including a crack to the central back splat, a filled in repair to the base of it and knocks etc on the side supports, some of which have been filled. In need of re-upholstery and a good polish. There are various old sticker marks etc on the chair throughout. Otherwise wear and tear conducive with age and use - see images for more details

A good Georgian mahogany architect's desk, with a rising adjustable angled top supported on a ratchet, with a typical pull out front section to reveal a sliding baize top enclosing a fitted interior with drawers, original large central brass locking plate and handle, raised upon Chippendale style inside chamfered legs with recessed castors, 100cms wide x 61.5cms deep x 80.5cms high. Estimate £300-400.
