A Chippendale style settee, early 20th century, upholstered in blue and gold star patterned material and raised on shell and foliate carved cabriole legs terminating in paw feet. Width 168 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This settee is in extremely good condition. It is structurally extremely sound with no loose joints or any movement in either the back, arms or legs. The carving to the legs is of good quality and there is no evidence of any breaks or losses. There are a few minor scuffs and marks caused by vacuum cleaners but no significant issues. Please note that the rear legs are also fully carved. The upholstery is generally extremely good. There is minimal wear and no significant marks or stains. The quality of the upholstery is good. There are no problems with the internal springs. The detachable squab cushion is down filled.
A 19th century Chippendale style mahogany serpentine fronted four drawer chest on long bracket feet, width 93cm CONDITION REPORT: Generally in good condition. Some minor scuffs and small veneer losses around the feet. Sides noticeably different in colour. Some watermarks to top. Would benefit from being repolished.

With reeded acanthus cresting rail with shell motif, having blind fret carving and raised on carved paw feet c.1900-20, 2m 16cm wide. Condition Report. To be used as a guide only. In fine condition.
