A 19th Century Carved, Painted and Gilded Marble Topped Console Table with Mirror. The mirror in an open scrolling Rococo frame with a crested pediment entwined with flowers. The lavishly scrolling ornamentation enriched with gilding contrasted against the pale grey/green paint-work. The table having a brêche d'alep marble top with moulded serpentine edge above a pierced apron and four carved cabriole legs terminating on scroll knop feet united by an X-form stretcher with foliated crest, 63 ins (160 cms) wide, 106 cms(270 cms) overall in height.
