Loosely inserted is a 1pp. leaflet printed on yellow paper Colonel Lawrence and others on “Her Privates We” by Private 19022 in which the publisher records a telephone conversation with T.E.Lawrence identifying his friend Manning as the author of the work.

WWII – propaganda early example of the RAF’s propaganda leaflet ‘Luftpost’ dropped over Germany this one dated July 29th 1941. A little scuffed and a few tears but clearly legible throughout. Luftpost was printed in the form of a miniature newspaper and dropped over the German people throughout the war. This edition had a headline story showing a column of German POWs being marched into captivity in Russia.
